1.1 Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and iuck ("iuck", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the iuck website at https://iuck.app and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, crash games, promotional offers, and any other product or feature made available through the iuck platform.

These Terms apply to all registered accounts regardless of the device or method used to access the platform. By using iuck on a mobile device, tablet, desktop browser, or any other access method, you are subject to these Terms in full.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

iuck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the iuck platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a change to these Terms materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, iuck will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account prior to the change taking effect. However, the absence of such notification does not affect the validity or enforceability of the updated Terms.

1.3 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and controlling version. Any translation or summary provided for convenience does not override or modify the English text.

1.4 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

iuck operates as an online entertainment and gambling platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of iuck is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the platform. iuck makes no representations that its services are lawful or available in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended markets. Players who access iuck from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to open an iuck account, make a deposit, claim any bonus, or place any bet. This age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

iuck employs age verification checks at the point of account registration and again during the KYC verification process required before first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any time during your relationship with the platform.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to hold an iuck account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an iuck account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, nominee, or proxy for a third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of iuck or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not been placed on a self-exclusion list by iuck or voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling platforms.

2.3 KYC Verification

iuck conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit clear copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months confirming your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account, or other payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal request being held pending verification. iuck reserves the right to restrict account functionality — including suspending deposit and betting access — until KYC requirements are satisfied.

3.1 Account Registration

To access the full range of iuck services including deposits, betting, and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on iuck at any time. If iuck identifies that you hold more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — all accounts except the oldest verified account may be closed and any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without refund.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your iuck account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. iuck strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your iuck account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your iuck account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify iuck support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

iuck will not be liable for any losses — including loss of funds, bonus credits, or pending withdrawals — arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must keep the information associated with your iuck account accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your name following a legal change, your address, your email address, or your linked payment method details — you must update your account profile or notify iuck support promptly. iuck will not be responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or other consequences resulting from outdated account information.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits into your iuck account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be reversed and returned to the source account. iuck reserves the right to close any account that repeatedly attempts third-party deposits.

The minimum single deposit amount on iuck is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, although iuck may apply transaction limits for fraud prevention or compliance purposes on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are generally credited to your iuck wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted at iuck's discretion following additional identity verification.

All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification (see Section 2.3) before they are processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but iuck aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

iuck operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Any funds deposited into an iuck account must represent legitimate funds held by the registered account holder. iuck reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions, or account closure. Any suspicious transaction activity will be investigated and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New iuck players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible for the welcome bonus, you must register a new account, complete the minimum first deposit required by the current welcome bonus offer, and opt in to the bonus if required by the offer terms. The welcome bonus is available to new players only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on iuck — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, and cashback credits — are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game contributions, and time limits are specified in the individual offer terms for each promotion.

As a general rule on iuck:

• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10% toward wagering requirements.
• Sports betting may contribute at a rate specified in the individual offer terms.
• Crash games (e.g., Aviator) contribution rate is specified per promotion.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. If you attempt to withdraw before satisfying the wagering requirement, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Seasonal & Event Promotions

iuck offers seasonal and event-based promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL cricket season bonuses, IPL and T20 World Cup enhanced odds, Eid promotions, Pohela Boishakh celebrations, and ICC tournament cashback offers. Each such promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published on the iuck promotions page at the time of the offer.

iuck reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without notice. In the event of a technical error that incorrectly displays a promotional offer or bonus amount, iuck reserves the right to correct the error and honour only the intended offer terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse iuck's bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, making low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploiting promotional errors, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes — is strictly prohibited. iuck reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on iuck are subject to iuck's Sports Betting Rules in force at the time of bet placement. Key principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except via a cash-out feature where expressly offered.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, iuck's void and settlement rules for that sport will apply. For cricket matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for the match result to stand — specific thresholds are listed in the cricket betting rules.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at iuck's discretion during events. iuck reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• iuck reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any single bet or market at its sole discretion.
• Where a bet is placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error, iuck reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on iuck are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Playtech, Red Tiger, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming. These games operate using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and return-to-player (RTP) percentages as determined by the respective game provider.

iuck is not responsible for the game mechanics, RTP variance, or technical performance of third-party game content. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during play, the outcome may be voided and the stake returned to your account. If a game result was already determined prior to the disconnection, that result will stand.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iuck platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game software for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or poker variants.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting promotional offers or odds inconsistencies.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct in connection with your iuck account.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the iuck platform's underlying software, servers, or databases.

iuck actively monitors platform activity for prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in breach of Section 6.3 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation, and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

7.1 Suspension by iuck

iuck reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns have been identified that require investigation.
• The account is held by a person under the age of 18.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or has been placed on a responsible gaming intervention programme.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your iuck account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, all active bonuses will be cancelled, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method subject to KYC verification being complete.

If you are requesting account closure because of concerns about your gambling behaviour, please inform our support team so that we can apply appropriate responsible gaming measures and refer you to relevant support resources. 7.3 Balances Upon Closure

Upon account closure by either party, real-money wallet balances (i.e., funds deposited by the player and not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and AML checks. Bonus balances, free spin credits, and wagering-requirement-linked winnings are non-withdrawable and will be cancelled upon account closure. iuck will not be liable for any bonus value lost as a result of account closure initiated by either party.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

Every iuck account includes access to a full responsible gaming toolkit available directly from the account dashboard. Available tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced during an active limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from iuck. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

8.2 Player Obligations

As a player on iuck, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a reliable source of income.
• You will only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
• You will not attempt to use iuck's platform while under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you if you feel your gambling habits require management.
• You will not allow any person under the age of 18 to access your iuck account or use your device while logged in to iuck.
