iuck takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Every player who registers on the iuck platform must provide their date of birth during account creation. Before a withdrawal can be processed, every player must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport — which confirms both their identity and their age.
If at any point iuck has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, we will:

- Freeze all funds in the account until the investigation is complete.
- If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18, close the account permanently, return any unspent deposits, and report the incident as required by our responsible gaming obligations.

Responsible Gaming Tools
Activate Any Tool Instantly: All responsible gaming tools described below are available free of charge to every iuck player. To activate any limit, reminder, or restriction, log in to your iuck account and navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Changes to deposit limits and session reminders take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum amount you are permitted to deposit into your iuck account over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the period resets. You can set limits in BDT (৳) to match your personal budget. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 72-hour waiting period.
Loss Limits
Set a maximum net loss threshold for a given daily, weekly, or monthly period. When your net losses reach your pre-set limit, iuck will automatically prevent you from placing further bets for the remainder of that period. This is one of the most powerful tools available for keeping your gambling within a budget you can genuinely afford.
Session Time Reminders
Set a maximum session duration — for example, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. When your session reaches the limit you configured, iuck will display a prominent on-screen reminder notifying you of the time elapsed and encouraging you to take a break. You control whether to continue or log out.
Bet / Wager Limits
Set a maximum stake amount per individual bet or spin across all iuck games — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, and slots. This ensures that no single bet exceeds an amount you are comfortable with, regardless of the game you are playing or the odds available.
Cool-Off Period
Take a short break from gambling by activating a cool-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or up to 30 days. During a cool-off period, your iuck account remains open but all betting and gaming features are suspended. You can still log in to view your account history, request withdrawals of existing balances, and contact support.
Reality Check Notifications
Enable periodic in-session pop-up notifications that display your net gambling result for the current session and the total time you have been playing. These reality checks are designed to keep you grounded and aware of your activity, helping you make informed decisions about whether to continue or step away.

Self-Exclusion Options
Self-Exclusion Is Permanent Until the Period Ends: Once a self-exclusion is activated on your iuck account, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period you selected. This is intentional — the cooling-off period is designed to give you the time and space you need. iuck will not process any requests to lift a self-exclusion early. Please choose your exclusion period carefully.
Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gaming tool available on the iuck platform. If you feel that your gambling has become problematic — or if you simply want to take an extended break — self-exclusion allows you to block yourself from accessing all iuck gambling features for a defined period of time.
Available Self-Exclusion Periods
- 6 months — Recommended for players who feel their gambling is becoming a concern and want a meaningful break.
- 1 year — A longer break for players who recognise a developing pattern of problem gambling behaviour.
- 3 years — For players who need significant distance from gambling to address underlying issues.
- 5 years — For players with a serious gambling problem who need long-term protection.
- Permanent / Indefinite — For players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the iuck platform. A permanent exclusion can only be lifted after a minimum of 5 years and following a verified reinstatement request with a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
How to Activate Self-Exclusion on iuck
- Log in to your iuck account.
- Navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion.
- Select your desired exclusion period from the available options.
- Confirm your identity by entering your account password.
- Click Activate Self-Exclusion — your account will be suspended immediately.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion?
- All access to iuck betting and gaming features is blocked for the duration of the exclusion.
- Any pending bonus offers or promotional communications are cancelled immediately.
- iuck will remove you from all marketing lists for the duration of your self-exclusion.
- Any funds in your account balance at the time of exclusion remain in your account and can be withdrawn by contacting support.
- If you attempt to create a new iuck account during a self-exclusion period, that account will be closed immediately upon detection.

Chasing Losses
Gambling with increasing amounts of money in an attempt to win back previous losses — commonly known as "chasing" — is one of the clearest indicators of problem gambling behaviour.
Secrecy About Gambling
Hiding gambling activity from family members, lying about how much time or money is being spent on gambling, or feeling the need to conceal gambling from those close to you.
Gambling to Escape
Using gambling as a way to cope with stress, depression, anxiety, loneliness, or other emotional difficulties rather than as a form of entertainment.
Inability to Stop
Finding it very difficult or impossible to stop gambling once you have started, even when you have told yourself you would only play for a set time or spend a set amount.
Neglecting Responsibilities
Missing work, neglecting family obligations, or failing to pay essential bills (rent, food, utilities) because money has been spent on gambling or because of time absorbed by gambling.
Borrowing to Gamble
Borrowing money from family, friends, or financial institutions specifically to fund gambling activity — or to cover debts that have accumulated as a result of gambling losses.
